Terms and conditions

The booking request becomes binding for the Hotel Volaia only after the dispatch of a receipt that attests the payment of the deposit.

The amount of the deposit is equal to the 30% of the amount of the stay excluding the optional services and the final cleanings. Your reservation only upon receipt by you of a voucher (by E-mail or Fax) that you must present at check-in upon your arrival.

Arrival time (check-in): from 2 pm to 7 pm.

Departure time (check-out): by 10 am.

Settlement of payment: at your departure as follows:

• Cash

• By Eurocheque/Traveller's cheque

• By credit card Visa,

Withdrawal conditions

In case of annulment of the booking by you Hotel Volaia has the right to retains it's absolute on indemnification calculated on the amount of the versed deposit in additional whitch the client will be liable to Hotel Volaia for any additional expenses resulting there from. Calculation on indemnification is as follows:

 

• within 24 hours of the booking: 0% (total reimbursement of the deposit to the customer)

• 30 days before the anticipated arrival: the 25% of the deposit will be retained.

• 29 - 15 days before the anticipated arrival: the 50% of the deposit will be retained.

• 14 - 7 days before the anticipated arrival: the 75% of the deposit will be retained.

• 7 - 0 days before the anticipated arrival: the 100% of the deposit will be retained.
